Delivery Information
- All Deliveries will be done between Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm. This will usually be carried out within 5 working days of cleared payment. We will do our best to accomodate specific delivery requirements but cannot guarantee any time or date
- All of our items are delivered by our own team of experienced delivery drivers. All our vehicles are equipped with tail lifts and specialist moving equipment.
- Please Note: All of our deliveries are carried out by one man. If you have limited access, narrow passageways etc or require delivery to anywhere other than the front of the property, we ask that there is someone there to help the driver.
- When payment has been made, our shipping department will contact the buyer to offer a delivery slot of around 3 hours on a given date. It may take 3/4 working days for you to receive this call. Don't worry, you will get it. If the delivery time that your are offered is not acceptable, we will move your delivery to the next available delivery date. Please be aware, that if you cannot take delivery on the first offered slot, it may take up to another 7 working days to fit you onto another route.
- Delivery Restrictions: No deliveries outside UK mainland. No deliveries to any area in Ireland. Certain parts of Scotland may incur a delivery surcharge (Post Codes TR, SA, DG, IV, PA, AB, we do not deliver to KW) Please check before purchasing if not sure.
Collections
- Collections must be booked 24 hours in advance a telephone number will be supplied upon purchase.
- Collection times are between the hours of 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday.
- All products are to be checked upon collection to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Returns Policy and Warranty Information
- All of our appliances (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
- Upon delivery you will be requested to inspect the item and sign for it, if the item is damaged or not as described in the listing or there is any discrepancy the item is to be rejected and so returned to us
- If an item is rejected the item will be returned to us and we will refund the price paid for the item, or exchange it accordingly where stock is available. If you reject the item or the item has to collected because you have changed your mind then we will not refund any carriage costs this includes delivery to you. You will also be charged an additional carriage charge for collection.
- Once you have taken delivery of the item and signed the delivery note all responsibility for any damage found after delivery will be the responsibility of the customer
- The company bears no liability nor responsibility for plumbing and installations
- Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and ind in its original packaging with all accessories included. If you require us to collect the item then we will charge carriage at our standard rate.
